Our Nissan Van was still under its warranty.Nissan assigned Lookers as our repair garage.The Service we received was first class and the repair carried out, keeping us up to date on the timescale.

Excellent service as always. I took my car in for 2 new tyres as identified on last service and MOT and a problem with suspension bushes. The car was thoroughly checked and I was kept well informed on what parts were needed, their costs, and what parts were available and ordered in for me. Nothing was too much trouble. My car was kept overnight and all the work was completed by lunchtime the next day as promised. Very much appreciated.

Curtis was very friendly and professional.I was disappointed that there wasn’t half a tank of fuel as promised by Dan (manager). When I collected the car, whilst 5 miles away from the sales room 2 warning lights came on for the rear tyre pressure. Both were 25 psi but should have been 30! I was told that the vehicle would be checked over before picking it up to make sure everything was ok. It obviously wasn’t checked over as this would have been picked up upon. Other that that happy with everything.

I was promised a call back with figures but haven't heard any more

The waiting area for services while you wait is 3 tables with one chair at each table. I felt like I was on detention or visiting a prisoner! Not comfortable at all! Mazda had a comfortable waiting area, which I miss!
