James was a very pleasant personable and helpful young man

Told me to return after 3 hours to collect car. I did this as agreed but the complementary valet and car wash hadn’t been done, I didn’t have time to wait whilst they did this. They should have phoned to say we’re running late and I could have arranged to change my schedule.Wasn’t too put out by this but truthful for survey.

The young man who picked up and dropped the car back to us was polite and friendly he kept us informed of when and what time the car would be picked up and dropped back off knowing that we required the car back ASAP for an appointment we could not miss and true to his word

Absolute pleasure dealing with lookers Nissan where other Nissan dealers just simply weren’t interested as they weren’t getting there kick back from credit from me.Curtis was great and covered all aspects of the sale right up to him actually forgetting he had a day off on the day of the hand over.Having travelled down from Scotland I wanted to be positive that the car was the right car for me. Being In the motor trade myself I am well aware how things can go, When we arrived we were greeted by another member of staff and Curtis had organised for James to do the hand over, both employees are a asset to the company. Although the sat nav wasn’t updated to the current 2022/23 update that I requested Curtis got us a good deal with extended warranty and even put a cheeky £20 fuel in for us to get over the boarder. Hey if you don’t ask you don’t get. I guess il have to buy that update myself! Pleasure dealing with you lookers, definitely recommend you to any of my customers and friends. Thanks again.

Daniel came along just at the right time and gave us the experience we had been waiting for all day. We had visited a number of garages before and we had a budget and style of car in mind and wanted it sorted that day. We were ready to spend! Other than a brief conversation on a couple of sites, no one gave us much support which appreciate was hands off but it was too hands off for what we needed. Daniel was the first person to invite us inside to chat and offer us a coffee and to look at what cars were available. As it would happen, it was a car we had seen and would have test drove if someone had given us more help. It was on a site that had QR codes which are really counterproductive and only alienated us from that particular garage as the phone reception wasn't good and the staff weren't attentive enough to come out and help; other than telling us a couple of prices, they quickly went back inside. The help Daniel gave was spot on and he managed us through the process really well. Would recommend, he was great and the rest of the team.
