The gentleman who helped me secure this vehicle was Mr Jack Carr and I just commend him on an excellent job and perfect service to me throughout the entire process.

The vehicle was booked in for a service and repair on Bluetooth connection issue on the same appointment. The service was carried out without any issues, however the bluetooth issue was reported as repaired by the technician.When the service team took me to the vehicle, it was discovered as not repaired. I had to rebook for the following week to carry out further investigation.On the second visit, it identified an issue with the stereo/display unit and the emergency button battery; Both needed to be confirmed to be replaced by warranty.On the third visit, the battery and stereo/display unit was replaced.All sorted now.
