Jordan was very helpful and made an effort to sell additional services which gave me the opportunity to assess my needs going forward.

I felt that the delivery was pushed through too quickly so that the dealership could get the sales target for the month. I have a personalised registration which couldn’t be allocated to the vehicle on delivery due to this and now have to wait for the registration documents to come through before this can be completed

I wasn't happy when my old quashquai needed a repair done brought it in and was told the repairs would take longer then me getting my new car I'm not happy that I was told u keep using my old car for a few days until I collect my new car when it was dangerous as it had dodgy clutch, breaks, n oil leak it was awfull on one occasion the car rolled bk with daughter in and the other was the car went forward while my partner n pregnant step daughter was in I shouldn't of been allowed to keep using it when it was dangerous I'm not happy at all

I was given very good service by Jordan Carins . He dealt with all the documents efficiently and was very helpful explaining the workings of the new vehicle.

The care and attention by Anthony has been excellent. Nothing has been too much bother .would certainly come back again
