Daniel came along just at the right time and gave us the experience we had been waiting for all day. We had visited a number of garages before and we had a budget and style of car in mind and wanted it sorted that day. We were ready to spend! Other than a brief conversation on a couple of sites, no one gave us much support which appreciate was hands off but it was too hands off for what we needed. Daniel was the first person to invite us inside to chat and offer us a coffee and to look at what cars were available. As it would happen, it was a car we had seen and would have test drove if someone had given us more help. It was on a site that had QR codes which are really counterproductive and only alienated us from that particular garage as the phone reception wasn't good and the staff weren't attentive enough to come out and help; other than telling us a couple of prices, they quickly went back inside. The help Daniel gave was spot on and he managed us through the process really well. Would recommend, he was great and the rest of the team.

Our main contact with our new Nissan Juke purchase was David, his customer service from the offset was great. He made our purchase experience very easy. The gentleman who helped me secure this vehicle was Mr Jack Carr and I just commend him on an excellent job and perfect service to me throughout the entire process.

The vehicle was booked in for a service and repair on Bluetooth connection issue on the same appointment. The service was carried out without any issues, however the bluetooth issue was reported as repaired by the technician.When the service team took me to the vehicle, it was discovered as not repaired. I had to rebook for the following week to carry out further investigation.On the second visit, it identified an issue with the stereo/display unit and the emergency button battery; Both needed to be confirmed to be replaced by warranty.On the third visit, the battery and stereo/display unit was replaced.All sorted now.

After a bad experience with Lookers Leeds, Lookers Newcastle were brilliant, spot on with what we needed and sorted very quickly.
