Jordan was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He was a pleasure to deal with and we love our new car. We would have liked to have seen the price move slightly when we decided to pay cash, however, this was a manager’s decision. We also found the extra products (cleaning products, tax, warranty etc) slightly confusing. These seem to have been added to our purchase without us knowing. Only when I asked if there were any products added, were they outlined and taken off.

I looked at the new x-trail. I have decided to wait until later in the year to see if the product remains as good as it appears to be now. If it is, I will have no issues in using Lookers for my purchase. My salesperson Jack Carr was excellent. I will seek him out again if and when I return.
