The only criticism I can give is the fact I was a motobility customer and letting me drive the tekna version of the xtrail wasn't fair because it was not on the scheme you spoiled me!

The person dealing with me was very polite and very informative.He continually checked that I understood the things he was telling me.

I would like to say your valeting service is a joke my car came out as dirty after is was washed.I would like to know why a filter was fitted.

Jordan Cairns was excellent in his role. He struck just the right tone and was helpful, professional and very personable. He didn't give us any flannel and his style tips were invaluable!

First class all round from start to finish.

Jordan was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He was a pleasure to deal with and we love our new car. We would have liked to have seen the price move slightly when we decided to pay cash, however, this was a manager’s decision. We also found the extra products (cleaning products, tax, warranty etc) slightly confusing. These seem to have been added to our purchase without us knowing. Only when I asked if there were any products added, were they outlined and taken off.
