Nothing was too much trouble with the email enquiries i submitted regarding our potential new purchase (as i hadnt seen the car due to living appx 150 miles away. He was very helpful and even came in during his holiday to ensure I got my long awaited car at the earliest opportunity. After the initial enquiry I was quoted a figure to change after deducting my part exchange value.I was not impressed with this figure so I contacted CARWOW and I was quoted figures from other dealers in the area including Nissan Newcastle which were considerably lower than what I had been quoted.After discussing the lower quotes with the sales staff we agreed on a lower cost to change figure.It would have been better if I had given the lower number in the first instance.

James was excellent and communicated with me throughout the purchase process.
