Like staff people skills always helpful and polite and nothing is to much trouble for them and will sort out any queries you have and you know there will be a positive outcome

The drop off experience is too drawn out. Try going to kwik fit, it takes 2mins compared with 10mins for Nissan.

As always good customer experience and always kept up to date from the service team. Alison was very informative when I booked the car in, but she was always very helpful and pleasant when working in the service dept, very pleasant staff all round, as always

Always have good customer service. Kyle dealt with my recent Service and MOT at the Portland road , Newcastle branch and he sorted out having a dash cam fitted into my car at the same time at very short notice before Christmas, which was much appreciated.
