After the initial enquiry I was quoted a figure to change after deducting my part exchange value.I was not impressed with this figure so I contacted CARWOW and I was quoted figures from other dealers in the area including Nissan Newcastle which were considerably lower than what I had been quoted.After discussing the lower quotes with the sales staff we agreed on a lower cost to change figure.It would have been better if I had given the lower number in the first instance.

Like staff people skills always helpful and polite and nothing is to much trouble for them and will sort out any queries you have and you know there will be a positive outcome

The drop off experience is too drawn out. Try going to kwik fit, it takes 2mins compared with 10mins for Nissan.

Great down to earth customer service. Give them a pay rise!
