Always have good customer service. Kyle dealt with my recent Service and MOT at the Portland road , Newcastle branch and he sorted out having a dash cam fitted into my car at the same time at very short notice before Christmas, which was much appreciated.

The overall experience (based on having 2 annual services) is excellent and it is clear that customer service is a high priority.My latest booking was a little more complicated because I am currently unable to drive (after suffering a fractured kneecap!)There was initially a problem with arranging collection of the vehicle as I had stated that a solid orange engine warning light was showing on the dashboard and the dealership stated that they could not collect despite all literature indicating that a car would be safe to drive a short distance with a solid amber light. Eventually the dealership agreed to collect and the service of the gentleman who collected it was first class.Unfortunately, the problem related to this warning light (identified as faulty exhaust heat sensor) could not be resolved on the day (due to parts availability) meaning that the vehicle will now be unusable until the new sensor is fitted and the earliest booking for this was 13th January, exactly 3 weeks after the initial service booking for 24th December.Fortunately this is not a major problem on this occasion due to me not being able to drive but my daughter sometimes borrows the car so it has caused some inconvenience over the festive period.The only other minor issues were that1) I didn’t get a video (showing tyre conditions etc.) which I found useful last year. Obviously the details are in the invoice paperwork so not a big problem.2) The service confirmation was filled in the warranty/service document but the section detailing vehicle condition was not completed. I only realised when reviewing it that this was also not completed last year which is disappointing as obviously fully completed documentation and service records will help the eventual resale value of the vehicle.I must repeat that I am more than happy with the overall customer experience, just a few minor issues which prevented full marks.

I felt really well taken care of by Anthony who really listened to everything I was asking for in a new car. He even stood out in the snow to measure the boot for me so I’d know my pram would fit.Everything was taken care of really quickly and I was so happy to pick up a new car within the week before Xmas.Thanks so much !
