Lots of changes about when my car was likely to arrive was frustrating - the likely delivery month changed more than I’ve eaten hot dinners, but I appreciate that was out of the dealerships control!

When I made the booking I wasn’t asked if I was experiencing any issues with the car, nor that Saturday bookings could only perform the service and nothing else. Regardless the service manager understood the problems I was experiencing, the engineer validated the problems and I’m now booked in to get them fixed.
