David Lowe was excellent, no issues, all professionally done with a smile on his face.Question 5, my vehicle is on Motability, David did go through all the relevant details re my vehicle getting serviced through Motability,and if any issues occur (which do happen, it's life!!!) what I need to do. Excellent experience from your team members.

As I insisted on the collection and delivery service Craig arranged to leave his car at my house and drive mine to the garage the following day in order to avoid my having to wait four weeks for a driver to be available. Very impressed

Having developed a slow leak in the rear tyre I went to the dealership and was treated with curtesy and efficiency. Knowing that I would be travelling on a motorway the following day I was booked in straightaway and the tyre was replaced. I was kept informed along the way about what was required and the fact it would soon be sorted. The receptionist that was on duty at the time was extremely helpful. Thank you

The only problem with my car was quickly isolated and I was given full details. The fault was repaired straight away and passed the MOT.I have always found the staff extremely helpful and this was no different.

Satisfactory but all new vehicles should be supplied with spare wheels!
