The only problem with my car was quickly isolated and I was given full details. The fault was repaired straight away and passed the MOT.I have always found the staff extremely helpful and this was no different.

The overall experience was a good one, there was 1 area for improvement to make it excellent. The customer waiting area I found uncomfortable, the tea/coffee station was well stocked and very welcome but I had a 3 hour wait as I had travelled from Morpeth which made it impractical to travel home then back again, I realise most customers do not wait around but for those who do more comfortable seating could be provided. There was another elderly gent who also remained at the dealership for several hours who expressed the same wish.
