Darren was very helpful and explained in detail the procedurer that would be carried out in order to diagnose the engine fault that had occurred the previous day. I explained the tight schedule I had and he said he would do his best and would contact me as soon as the vehicle was ready for collection, which he did. The vehicle was sparkling clean on collection.Thanks again for the quick response and resolution to my problem.

Poor communication as had cut in tyre, instead of informing me post health check and full service they went ahead with MOT and my car failed, this could have been avoided if I had been informed pre test. My car was due for pick up @ 1pm but due to lack of communication it was 4pm, a total waste of my time and yours. Had 2 front tyres replaced and on way home low tyre pressure light came on, parked on drive and front passenger tyre went totally flat. Contacted Lookers and spoke to Mark who with Darren, went above and beyond to rectify problem and arranged a curtesy car until problem rectified so, a big thank you guys it was totally appreciated
