Great service yet again. Kieron and Anth were really professional and helpful, particularly as we were keen to reduce costs but keep quality. Whole process was smooth, quick and easy with no unnecessary pressure of trying to add extras to the purchase. Communication was good throughout and we will definitely return when we next change the car. Thank you

Although we had good chat about the car, options and so on and had a test drive, we'd have appreciated a 'tour' of the car to be shown the various features

Craig in the service department was great.When I collected the car on Friday I had been told that the car had been valeted. Yes the drivers area was cleaned and the outside of the car but the rest had not been done.Today we had to take our car back to the garage as we were driving on the coast road and we went to go into the fast lane and when we accelerated the steering went to the right quickly and we nearly ended up in the central reservation. The fault originally was on the left when we booked it into the garage.We took the car back to yourselves and after 1 and a half hours of waiting around the issue was fixed. I am just pleased that we did not have our 4 month old daughter in the car with us at the time and she wasn’t in the garage with us whilst we had to wait for the issue to be fixed.
