What made it different was that It was all very straightforward from initial enquiry, to arranging and completing test drive and then on to discussing prices, options to buy and then an actual agreement. Not always the case with dealerships. Actual delivery was a few days late because of a delay for final parts, but nothing like the timescales you can expect from other makes I looked at. Gail kept me in touch with progress, the car is brilliant, so I'm a happy man.

The car clutch area was left in a muddy state on pickup, however I did not have time to report this. this was my only problem.

Having dealt with 'Kyle' in the Newcastle branch on my last two appointments, I have found his customer service skills to be excellent and something the company should regard as an asset. He is professional, approachable, knowledgeable and a good communicator when discussing issues.

The team were particularly helpful in sorting out a problem with my previous service plan and creating a new one.
