Craig in the service department was great.When I collected the car on Friday I had been told that the car had been valeted. Yes the drivers area was cleaned and the outside of the car but the rest had not been done.Today we had to take our car back to the garage as we were driving on the coast road and we went to go into the fast lane and when we accelerated the steering went to the right quickly and we nearly ended up in the central reservation. The fault originally was on the left when we booked it into the garage.We took the car back to yourselves and after 1 and a half hours of waiting around the issue was fixed. I am just pleased that we did not have our 4 month old daughter in the car with us at the time and she wasn’t in the garage with us whilst we had to wait for the issue to be fixed.

What made it different was that It was all very straightforward from initial enquiry, to arranging and completing test drive and then on to discussing prices, options to buy and then an actual agreement. Not always the case with dealerships. Actual delivery was a few days late because of a delay for final parts, but nothing like the timescales you can expect from other makes I looked at. Gail kept me in touch with progress, the car is brilliant, so I'm a happy man.

The car clutch area was left in a muddy state on pickup, however I did not have time to report this. this was my only problem.

An absolute 10 out of 10 experience from the initial enquiry to the presentation of the vehicle keys. David was Friendly, Professional and Precise with the details and attention to process and complete the purchase of the new car. I was even more surprised at the final touch of unveiling the vehicle in the showroom. Excellent in all aspects - it is something I will remember and share. Thank you again David and the manager Peter.
