In local branch unable to contact by telephone Monday morning about 10am. Everyone on training session, no phones being answered at all. Not satisfactory.

A fabulous level of customer service. Was offered somewhere to log on while I wait. Three people offered me coffee! Was updated twice while I was there. You guys are mint! Even got a free health check.

I was hugely impressed with the general friendliness and helpfulness of all of your staff. I spoke with at least four different people whilst at the dealership and all of then were very courteous and polite. Overall a very positive experience.

Collection of car from home on time. Work needed to pass MOT authorised and undertaken. MOT passed and advised of other work needed to be undertaken in the near future and then car delivered back to my home. All staff very pleasant and efficient- Job well done!

This was the first time I booked to use the collection and delivery service for my car going in for service and MOT and I must say how impressed and appreciative I was. Everything went very smoothly, I received a phone call to confirm the time my car would be collected, and the delivery driver was so courteous, helpful and friendly.
