I could not visit the showroom as I live 4 hours away, so everything was done via email and video link, the service given by Jack Carr and the team was excellent, everything was explained fully, the sale went very smoothly, and my car was delivered to me right to my door. The car is beautiful and I'm very happy with it, I will definitely return again.

Firstly Andy the salesman was great. my only problem was that the car was delivered to me with the petrol light on, showing zero bars on the digital gauge and zero miles on the range left readout.I set off to the nearest garage selling 98RON petrol (super unleaded) approximately 4 miles away and had to turn back after a mile as the car started to splutter, I turned around and had to coast down the hill back home.I then had to go in the wife's car and fill a petrol can.Not what I expected on a £13k+ car purchase.

An excellent experience at the Newcastle Lookers branch. Andy Perkins was excellent: personable, professional and knowledgeable. A real asset to the company. Daniel Laidler was also very helpful: courteous, well informed and professional. The whole experience of buying a vehicle with Lookers Newcastle was exemplary from start to finish. The service plan was arranged through the Gateshead Lookers branch as the previous product was cancelled and a new policy commenced.

I rang to make a comment on the video sent out. This was actioned and a new video was sent to me that was clear and helpful.I appreciate that your engineers are not video creators but perhaps some training would be helpful. ie the pace of moving the video camera so that the message is in synch with the sound and the speech that should be towards the microphone and not away from it. This will enhance the video commentary.Thank you.

I have to say the team at Lookers Nissan Newcastle were excellent, Jack Carr sent me a video of him walking around the car as it was too far for me to travel to see the car in person, the team dealt very professionally with any query I had, and gave great advice about selling my own car, the sale of the car I purchased from Lookers was all dealt with very smoothly by Jack Carr by emails, and they delivered my car to my door which was four hours away, within a couple of days of the sale, the man who delivered the car was very polite and friendly and dealt with the signing of paperwork very professionally. The after sales follow up was excellent as well with a video link from Jack Carr thanking me for my purchase and if I need anything to contact him. I would definitely recommend Lookers to buy a car, and will definitely be a returning customer.
