Not sure if I met a management team member , James Dean very knowledgeable and we had a good open discussion about our needs for a new vehicle ,as I still had a few different vehicles to look at we briefly discussed vehicle costs and trim levels,impressed with vehicle on test drive e power drive very good ,liked extra room in rear cabin ,still bumpy over local roads,(like my present qashqai) overall would consider this vehicle when we come to change ours ,thanks for the courtesy and care given to me

Excellent Service from Gail Squires at the Newcastle brand on Portland Road.

After the service of my car i was shown to where it was parked,on inspection of it the service manager said the washing and hoover out was not acceptable and asked if i could wait as he wanted to have it done again as it was a Saturday and after 12 o clock every one had gone.He then said he was very sorry and would ring me on Monday and arrange a free wash and valet which he has since done. I am pleased with this as i probably would have said nothing and washed it myself later in the week.Thank You.
