The guy I dealt with (Kyle) was fantastic,made me aware of the process and kept me up to speed with the pice and maintenance requirements in the future.Only thing I would say needs looking at us the first contract with the call centre booking people is that they should be able to confirm immediately that my service plan was up to date without me having to contact the Nissan dealership.
