I have already provided feedback regarding my visit and test drive. No complaints with the person I dealt with who was pleasant and helpful and the vehicle was very nice indeed. However, when comparing the cost of the Nissan finance compared to another vehicle with a higher list price, it was going to cost me over £4k more, which didn't make sense at all, and I was unable to justify entering into such an agreement.

Always receive great service at this branch compared to others.Both lee who was dealing with my car service and Jordan who arranged a test drive for me were outstanding and couldn’t do enough for me.

My car was taken in for a number of days and occasions, as the fault was tricky to find which was fine as graig newman was fantastic he went above and beyond the call of duty and nothing was a bother , he made the journey to lookers 3-4 times in the same week haha, at easy as possible and was very happy by the end of my visits , I would say graig is a assest to lookers thank you graig.

This was an unusual situation as I wanted to buy a car the garage didn't have yet. However it didn't matter and they were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for Andy and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. I also met the finance manager who I feel also went above and beyond to help get the payments to a price we were both happy with. I would definitely return again.

Gave us all the information that we needed, but didn't push us to make a decision on the spot. Happy for us to go away and think about it. If we had been pushed we would have walked away.
