Loved the cold drinks in the fridge in the dealership, that was a nice touch back in the day but now only get the coffee from the machine. Understand why you have done that to save costs!

I booked a Wait appointment for an MOT. Didn’t expect to sit there for 2 hours! If this is the norm you should state this up front.
