Ordered a new Nissan car and experienced delays in delivery promises on three occasions lookers keep me informed about these delays , however the manufacturer gave lookers little or no notice and at one point gave a delivery of the month of August , when i raised a complaint with Nissan lookers senior management contacted me direct and explained the reasons were beyond their control . Eventually received a fixed date and arrived on time .

Wasn’t really happy with the velvet not up to my standard when I clean the car I clean everywhere this includes the boot this wasn’t done

All staff were extremely welcoming and professional. Kian was helpful and polite on the day as was Chloe when she took my booking. My car was serviced in the 2hrs time frame.

Excellent service received. Was informed of issue promptly, with video explaining. Issue was repaired under goodwill warranty on the same day.

Jordan was very easy to deal with, he explained everything in simple terms and was very patient with me at all times. I cannot fault the service we were given and will have no problem recommending Lookers to family and friends.

This is my 3rd car I have purchased from Lookers Sanyford. The staff are always helpful and welcoming and Dave Howe has helped me with my last 2 cars and he has good communication as he has given me regular updates regarding my latest car .
