I was very happy with service given, only down fall was the car was left in a dirty state, we were made aware car was being cleaned but it didn’t look like this has been done

Great customer service and advisor very professional and helpful and explained everything that l needed to and and excellent everything from start to finish.

All of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional with the way they dealt with me.

It’s a car dealership where the car I wanted to test drive and at a reasonable price was located. Test drive went well down the coast road and back to dealership where I confirmed with the Representative that I wanted to by the car. This was all in May. I explained that I wouldn’t be able to pick the car up until August so paid a deposit, the mileage went up as this was the top of the range demonstration car. Paid extra for GaurdX and Mud flaps and picked this car up on Thursday 18th. Very friendly sales agent and I would recommend Lookers Newcastle. Thank you David.

Gail Squires helped us with the purchase of our new car which we are collecting on Wednesday 24th.Gail was so friendly lovely relaxed manner very professional and answered all our questions. I think Gail is a credit to your company thank you so much.
