Staff were helpful from walking into the dealership, even though I was there for the service on my old car, and walked out with a new one 😊. I have bought many cars from the Newcastle branch and had good service.Second time I have dealt with David Howe, kept me informed right through the process, smooth transition into my new car. I sent my request one Sunday and had a conversation with Mr Bridgewood by 8.30am on the following day. He agreed to try to find the discontinued model I was looking for. Within an hour he did that. Excellent service
