We booked to wait for our service and were told it would take 2 Hrs, at check in we were told 2 1/2Hrs and it actually took over 3 Hrs and was not washed as after that time. We opted not to wait for the wash and we were not advised that as why it had taken 1 1/2Hrs longer.

The lads in the service dept are always spot on and polite . Nothing is a problem for them . It’s a shame the sales team don’t seem to be interested when you are looking at the cars in the showroom . Maybe I won’t bother getting a quote on a new car then . Looks like a trip to Gateshead Nissan , they might be more interested in selling one .

Th front desk person was so engrossed on the mobile phone, I had to say that there was a customer waiting after standing watching her for at least a minute. She did apologise .
