Booking experience straight forward even when I needed to change the date. Polite and helpful when checking the car in for its service and MOT. The person (sorry forgotten his name) was most helpful, recognising that we had a two and a half hour journey there and back. Got the car returned in good time. Very efficient and organised. We booked to wait for our service and were told it would take 2 Hrs, at check in we were told 2 1/2Hrs and it actually took over 3 Hrs and was not washed as after that time. We opted not to wait for the wash and we were not advised that as why it had taken 1 1/2Hrs longer.

Would have been 5 stars but had to return as service book was not stamped after being told to leave it on passenger seat
