The lads in the service dept are always spot on and polite . Nothing is a problem for them . It’s a shame the sales team don’t seem to be interested when you are looking at the cars in the showroom . Maybe I won’t bother getting a quote on a new car then . Looks like a trip to Gateshead Nissan , they might be more interested in selling one .

Th front desk person was so engrossed on the mobile phone, I had to say that there was a customer waiting after standing watching her for at least a minute. She did apologise .

We were disappointed with the wait time from Nissan as the car should have been available in March however it didn’t arrive until the end of July which was due to delays at Nissan’s factories
