Only issue with booking was that initially I booked on-line and requested a "courtesy car". I had to telephone twice to receive confirmation of my booking and by that time there was no Courtesy car available.

Yeah. Everything about the repair work went as promised so happy with that. One thing I was not happy with though was the excess on insurance of about £18 I was asked to pay if I had taken a courtesy car while mine was being repaired. Now considering the repair was because the car needed a repair under warranty (because a warranty-covered part had failed) I think it is unfair to charge a customer for a courtesy car when it is not the customer's fault the car is in for service. In my opinion Nissan should cover this excess insurance because it really is their fault if a car has to return for a repair under warranty. For me it is not about the amount, it's the principle of fairness there that is missing. For normal service year, I don't mind paying, but for repairs under warranty (of which I have had two on a car less than two years old) I am not happy to pay the insurance excess on the courtesy car.
