I phoned to enquire about a vehicle that was for sale...was very helpful,sent me a video of car,spoken about pcp payments very helpful,,but the next day I couldn't answer phone form lookers so I phoned back next day,got told they would phone me back,heard nothing then phoned back again another day after, still no phone call back to me..so I have just left it.

The booking staff, although very short staffed and very busy did a very efficient job. I dealt with Kyle who could not have been more helpful. Excellent young man. Promised an update on the repair and rang me to explain that the fault had been found and when the car would be ready for collection.
