It was easy to use and self explanatory.From start to finish the service I received was excellent. The booking system and when I came to the garage ran smoothly. The service engineer Kyle was very informative and professional.

The car was still very dirty inside. The steering wheel, gear stick, indicators start/stop button all had a thick coating of dirt on.The Seats were also still stained and dirty aswell. Pleased that I’d not gone with the stain guard upgrade when they are stained already.The car mats were not in the car but Joel had promised he will get some for me.However Joel was excellent it was just the cleanliness let my score drop to 4 stars
