The car was booked in 10am for a 2hr slot. But didn't leave dealership until 1-30. Which more than the 2hr slot.

The booking process was easy. The communication on the day was excellent. Really really pleased that you could collect and return the car. This made a potentially difficult situation, where my elderly parents couldn't get the car to you, a very simple operation in the end. Top marks, keep up the good service!
