It's going to be a long wait for the new car - but I'm sure it will be worth it!

Mike was amazing, extremely helpful whenever I had any questions at all (which was a lot) and even delivered the car to me.

Would like to single out our salesman James Dean who was professional, knowledgable and a great communicator and, made the experience of buying a car pleasurable.

I love my new car, it was through Mike Woods that I have the model that I purchased. I have had several Micras over many years, they just keep getting better. It was a very painless process to part exchange and buy my new car. Thank you!

Thomas was great who was dealing with my new car and although we had a few mishaps due to the car not being ready due to parts etc he reassured me well!

I bought my last car from Lookers/Benfield Newcastle in 2014 and it was the worst experience with the worst salesman ever (somebody called Turvey). I said never again, however, in may 2022, I was eventually persuaded to look in at the new Juke. The salesman,Andy Perkins, was absolutely brilliant, he was kind, considerate, caring and very professional. Andy Perkins should be applauded for his first class approach to the customers he deals with. Well done Andy!
