I could not access the video on the state of my car prior to service/MOT. You seen t have changed the method/provider since last year.

The online system either does not work or was not updated as I received no updates after the video.

There is no counter to go to book in your service and you have to just stand there and try and catch someone. Not hugely impressed to be honest.
