Problem with a difference in the booking dates, but the staff quickly and efficiently rectified the problem, the service was carried out as previous to a high standard and I will definitely make future bookings.

Not enough time was given to try and establish the cause of a reported fault and the car has to go back in for further investigation. This has been recognized and another appointment has been organised.
