Dealt with Curtis and everything was excellent and didn’t take too long which is just the way I like it,also dealt with Jordan aswel who was also excellent

Collected the car but wasn't asked to do a vehicle check with them and there is a mark on the front that I don't think it was there when it went but i can't prove it . Also checked tyres but not tyre pressure which seems a bit odd.

Young Jordon,it was, who took us through the whole process and I'd like to say he did very well.With the help of his manager it all came to a satisfactory conclusion.

Andy Perkins was great, he was friendly and so helpful, didn’t have a pushy sales personality like most, good communication from him and was organised and stuck to the date of collection. Only faults were the car wasn’t 100% clean on collection so that could of been rectified however overall experience was very good and I’d recommend and come back.

Dave Howe was great , he kept me in the loop from the start and great communication all the way through the process . Lovely person who is very helpful and a credit to Nissan . I love my new car thankyou

The dealership were fantastic is helping us through the paperwork of our new car. The only issue was the difficulties we all had (both myself and the dealership) in dealing with the RCI finance system. However, we got there in the end and we are very happy with our new Qashqai.

Good communication and overall very good service . Online booking only allowed minor service as an option, and this had to be changed to major as previously thought would be necessary. Otherwise no problems encountered and very happy with overall experience as a first time Nissan service user.
