Fantastic team you have at Lookers Nissan Newcastle, always there to help.This is my second new car from them and from the same salesman who was very professional, I couldn’t have asked for more.So much so, we have booked a test drive for my wife and may buy another new car if she likes it.

When I first made my enquiry about purchasing the car, I was transferred to the online team that I wasn't aware of. There was then confusion when I asked if I could discuss the car at the dealership direct. My impression/perception is that the online team works autonomously from the dealership and it did cause confusion on both sides to say the least. I think there needs to be some kind of cross over or at least the ability to chose your personal preference.

Everything went according to plan and I can’t find anything to be critical of.
