It was so lovely to have a female sales advisor.being female going into a very male environment is always very daunting. Gail Squires who works in the Newcastle branch was brilliant, so helpful and really knows her stuff...will definitely buy from this branch again.

Staff at Portland Road dealership very welcoming. Everything was explained to me in detail. The car was cleaned inside and out. One minor point would be the wiper bottle was out of water maybe could have topped it up especially as it would have needed testing for the MOT. But that’s a purely minor point. Can’t fault Kyle who dealt with me and showed me back to the car and talked me though everything. Excellent service from him.

I couldn't fault the service I received at nissan from start to finish they're customer service is excellent. I was so impressed with Ryan who dealt with me throughout the process. Friendly and extremely professional as was Dan the manager. Can't fault anything. Will definitely recommend.
