I was pleased in this instance that Lookers were able to collect and return the vehicle.My wife is semi disabled and can not be left for any length of time. To obtain this service took a number of phone calls. The car was purchased at Lookers, Portland Road in 2016 and as always been serviced there so I would prefer if practicable to always use the garage.

Kyle Shorey:- A great guy, very professional whilst at the same time being very approachable. He kept me posted through each stage of the leather seat replacement as promised before, during and when completed. He was a credit to himself and to Lookers - well done Kyle. The issue was with both my front leather seats of the car, they were badly creased due to insufficient padding. Nissan acknowledge this and Lookers replaced the old seat covers with New leather seat covers, albeit there is still a small amount of creasing on both seats, but by no means as bad as they were. Hopefully, there is now sufficient padding and I trust the seat won't crease any further and for me to have cause to bring this to your attention again - Time will tell. Thank you
