Hats off to Lee! My car was brought in on Tuesday 8th March after the battery died on it. I was told the following Monday was the earliest it could be looked at, which was fine by me and I had another vehicle I could use in the meantime. Out of the blue, I got a call later the same day to say it was ready to collect and the faulty battery had been replaced free of charge under the warranty. Collected the valeted car the next day... and had a hug with Lee 😂

As part of the full service, the car was washed externally but the internals were not touched. May I suggest that the vehicle is also cleaned internally, to improve total customer experience and satisfaction. Thanks.
