I had fantastic experience, I originally asked for a courtesy car but fail to mention due to my condition I can only drive automatic and when I was shown the car it was manual I declined, I had to get a taxi there and back which isn’t a big deal but maybe in future a person should be asked about their preference of a manual or automatic.

I am a deaf customer and I could not access the video and understand what was being said as no subtitles. If it was uploaded to youtube or had otter ai as part of the package then it would have immediate live subtitling. Any chance of this being done? :)
