Staff were very polite and welcoming, maybe slightly lacking in technical information ut you can't know everything.I have visited at least ten dealerships recently and this was one of rhe friendliest.Such a shame on the vehicle, it just had one too many faults, I would have loved to have ordered from you.

Great help from Jordan when I was at the showroom. He provided all of the relevant information I needed and answered all of my questions. He explained various equipment on the vehicle and helped me confirm the model I was looking for was the correct one.Had I been buying a car I would have been more than happy to have purchased it from Jordan. I was looking to lease a new car so unfortunately went with a lease company.

On my visit to Nissan this time I felt to be a very important customer and made felt so welcome especially the lady who was at the main desk whom I forgot to ask her name sadly enough but I would like to give her a praise. She has really excellent customer care service.I went with my 2 teenage children and treated them great respect and offered us all hot drink. I don't normally drink hot drink but ended up having hot chocolate for the way she was very cheerful and got chairs for my children .if only I knew her name. But a big thank you to her cause it made me felt a valuable Nissan customer. I attended the Ponteland road Nissan in Newcastle on 25/2/22.and my car was even finished before the expected time. I trust my car with Nissan and I have been a long standing customer and will not look back. Thank you Nissan and your service plan is fantastic it takes the pressure from us because it just put rest on mind and just drive your car when service is due excellent.
