I was disappointed that the car was not delivered on a low loader especially as I had paid for delivery. As it was driven down it added another 235 miles on the car and it was filthy when it arrived. First thing I had to do was take it through a car wash.

Young Jordan was 5 star, as a young salesman he wasn’t fazed by my questions we bought the guard and extra warranty and we were very satisfied with his presentation, when we collected the car the brown paper on the floor concealed marked mats we found them at home. So for a £24000 juke a bit disappointed. BET YOU DONT GET BACK TO ME EH!J Johnson

Dealt with Kyle on the telephone re car service then Mot plus a warranty job, both of which were carried out satisfactory. My car was picked up from and returned to my address on both occasions. Although we have never met I found his customer service skills excellent.
