I have had my Qashqai 5 years and only had 1 or 2 valet/wash over this time. Apart from covid, there has always been an excuse why it hasn't been possible to give this complimentary service

Philip Holmes took me for a a test drive the day before handover on the day of the handover he then took my wife for a handover. For the handover he was very patient and informative with us.

Booked online but had to ring to confirm that appointment had been made. Would have appreciated a text message to confirm that online booking had taken place. When I called they advised that I had put the wrong registration number in which might have accounted for not getting a text confirmation.However I had to call when I booked online last year so not sure if the system is working as expected. Next year might be betterKept up to date on progress

I particularly liked the online report of the vehicle’s condition.Very happy with car service and interpersonal skills of staff. The only thing that I’m not happy about is the cessation of the service which allowed the car to be collected and delivered, which was extremely helpful for the disabled.

The whole experience of purchasing my new car was relaxed and enjoyable. the staff did not hassle me or try and persuade me to buy a vehicle they let me browse around the cars at my leisure .The salesman Phillip Holmes who assisted me in the purchase of the vehicle was very helpful and answered all my questions about vehicle . I am very happy with my purchase and i would use Lookers Nissan Newcastle again in the future .
