Wished they didn’t do the mot first when you’ve asked for a replacement you know Is needed for a mot. Then to be told it had failed on said item! Waste of both our time. This was previous visit not this one

Wasn’t particularly impressed with communications from ax who had been recommended by yourselves. Courtesy car from them fine just didn’t keep me updated which was important as it was away all of December and half of January. Online system was always out of date so had to ring regularly or message them
