I had Ryan looking after me and he was very good to deal with from picking me up at Newcastle Station right through to purchasing my new car only had one problem when I got the car homeI I noticed there was no parcel shelf in the boot I phoned Ryan about this and he was going to speak with Daniel about this so I am awaiting a call but not had one as yet.

Getting through to service dept from initial call to branch [ Portland rd] is terrible after waiting in line as 4th caller I went down the queue to only be put back to reception and then same thing happened again so I asked reception to put me straight through to Service dept but she put me back in the queue again so I decided it was less stressful to attend the showroom after being unable to speak to service dept

Service was fantastic from my initial enquiry through to collecting the car. I was kept updated on when I could pick the car up and even got it a month earlier than expected. The process was smooth and everything was explained clearly. Huge thank you to Gail Squires & Peter Coundon!
