General enquiry I like to keep up to date on what Nissan has to offer my current vehicle is just 2years old and due to Covid low mileage so purchase is not going to be this year.

Honestly guys, you nailed it on this one. While it was an easy sell (we already intended to buy the vehicle after finding it on your web page) there were some circumstances around our situation which you certainly helped deal with very well. A) we needed it quick! We came in and committed to buy it on Saturday, and James had it ready by Monday evening. B) our bank account had issues when trying to make the main payment. James stuck around while we were on the phone for over an hour and even though it went a few mins past 7:00 he made it happen. Much appreciated!! Also, because of the way we live outlet life we weren't interested in any extended warranty or insurance stuff, and James could see that, so he went through it all quick (but with enough detail that we could understand) and didn't try to pressure us. He did however successfully convince to us get the GardX package (at a slight discount) for which I'm truly grateful, the car looked great when we picked it up and has been great since.

The sales executive, Ryan Dale, who assisted us with the choosing and purchasing of our vehicle was more than helpful. He stayed late to sort everything out to ensure we got our vehicle quickly and efficiently

Kyle was very courteous. He actually identified an intermittent fault and ordered parts to rectify under warranty. Sorted out a date for my mot and another 2 year service planMy car was picked up from and returned to home and the driver was very professional.
