I'm not a big fan of doing everything online.I may be a bit old fashioned but I prefer "face to face" contact. This was the first time I'd used online booking but, although some may prefer it, I don't.However, I can see it has some appeal.Great friendly service.

Service was friendly & good & the vehicle well presented except for a door seal that needed replaced. It also took some time after delivery to get confirmation of the bodywork paint code and the updated registration document (from DVLA). The salesman was helpful with after-sales questions but the persistent automated requests for documents already signed were irritating.
