From start to finish this was the most pleasurable car service I have experienced,dropped the car off, went shopping, watched a health check video, received text to pick up car,2 hours, job done.

As a mobility user, I walked in and chose a vehicle. But, the one I wanted was not available. It was available three years ago and I ordered the T Rock. One month before I was due to collect it, the T Rock disappeared and I had to choose another vehicle. This year I have chosen the T Cross as the T rock is unavailable. But, I was informed the T Rock may be back in January 2022. I would love the T Rock so hopefully it comes back and I can change it. Thank you

The customer service we received from Jordan Carins who dealt with us, although still training was nothing short of excellent. We are pensioners’, & old school but he took time in explaining the entire package in a truly professional manner.

I prefer the current system where the staff sit outside the office space and you go to an allocated person. The previous system whereby the staff sat in their office and customers sat at random tables outside often led to some customers jumping the queue.

The team were brilliant from start to finish. It makes such a difference to the customer service at another local dealer.
