I was very disappointed that the car wasn’t valeted and washed. I can agree valeting is a risk during the pandemic but as for washing the car there is no reason why this could cause staff picking up the virus. I just hope that the cost of the service reflected the cancellation of this service. Other than that point the service provided was excellent

My car went in for an M.O.T & a service, my car was picked up in the morning & was told I would have my car back in the afternoon & I did. About mid morning I received a video from the garage of what was happening on my car. I was really pleased with Lookers & with the man that carried out the work, he was Gary Cain, also the man that picked my car up, I don’t know his full name but his first name is Alfie. Thank you to Lookers
