Breakdown call out as car wouldn’t start. Battery failure. Lookers appointment booked but subsequent repeat the following day. Lookers took car one day early as I couldn’t risk another battery failure. Craig Newall dealt - more than excellent customer service. Kept me informed.price was frightening. A/C failure. Craig advised me I could not have caused or detected the problem. His intervention saved me an excessive outlay. Worthy of promotion for his customer service.
